Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the maxim88 platform are processed in Malaysia's currency — Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds.
Maxim88 supports a range of local payment methods including online banking and digital wallets available in Malaysia. Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method.
Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the same user's name. maxim88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where suspicious activity is detected or additional verification is required. All transactions are final and cannot be reversed once processed, unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

All content on the maxim88 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software code and interfaces — is the property of maxim88 or its relevant licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying or using any platform assets without prior written consent.
